So last week was good! sun-thurs i followed my diet and worked out 3 times (training) and went for a run on the treadmill the other day!
Althought my boyfriends mom surprised us with a prepaid get away for the weekend!!
it was super fun but unfortunatley i went off my diet on saturday and today! saturday night i went out for dinner and had a vegetable chicken stirfry (sauce on the side) and then my boyfriend and i shared a white chocolate brownie...
And then late at night we ordered room service (fruit plate & cheese platter) and then this morning i had 3 pancakes for breakfast!!!
I feel so guilty right now... i was doing so well and no i feel like i ruined everything and am back at square 1!!!
is cheating like this every now and then ok? will i never be able to lose weight if i say have 1 cheat day a week?!
