Question Opps!? :(

So last week was good! sun-thurs i followed my diet and worked out 3 times (training) and went for a run on the treadmill the other day!

Althought my boyfriends mom surprised us with a prepaid get away for the weekend!!
it was super fun but unfortunatley i went off my diet on saturday and today! saturday night i went out for dinner and had a vegetable chicken stirfry (sauce on the side) and then my boyfriend and i shared a white chocolate brownie...
And then late at night we ordered room service (fruit plate & cheese platter) and then this morning i had 3 pancakes for breakfast!!!

I feel so guilty right now... i was doing so well and no i feel like i ruined everything and am back at square 1!!!
is cheating like this every now and then ok? will i never be able to lose weight if i say have 1 cheat day a week?!

Lots of people set up "cheat days", but you'll reach your goal faster if you become strict and dedicated about your diet. It's your choice.

You need moderation! You had fun right? And shared a great time w/ your boyfriend. That's what matters. It sounds like you made pretty healthy choices. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a treat once in awhile!
