you can get steam bags... or a steamer, its like a container that goes ontop of a pot. Its hard to explain... google it.

get a small ceramic bowl with a glass cover. Put the veggies in the bowl and pour a little bit of water over them. Replace the lid and put in the microwave for a minute. You will get hot, steamed veggies that you don't even have to chew.
