proper foot placement for sweep
I have been doing my squats with a little wider than shoulder width stance for a long time now but I have switched it up. I now put my feels like 10 inches apart because I feel that this better targets my quads and not so much my glutes and hips.
What do yall feel is the best stance for targeting the quad sweep on leg press or hack squat. Sometimes I do them with my feet completely together and other times I do them with my feet like 6 inches apart.
