Pumpkin pie w/whipped cream: 1 piece
Butter-brickle dessert: 1 piece
Fudge-covered shortbread: 2 pieces
Christmas tree-shaped pretzels covered in white chocolate: 10-15
Pretzels with a Hershey's Kiss and an M&M melted onto them: at least 12

The ultimate test will be to see if I am one pound lighter or 10 pounds heavier tomorrow morning.

I'm done eating for the night, and I'm STUFFED right now... I ate, maybe..... a total of ... 2500 cals today? hmmmmmm *thinks*
two servings of oats + whey + egg beaters 600 cals
whey 100 cals
oatmeal and whey 280 cals
turkey 200 cals
brussel sprouts 40 cals
sweet potatoe 120 cals
'healthy' stuffing, 120 cals
pb on organic whole grain 320
then i went nuts on turkey lol 300 cals
plus about 60 cals for all the coffee with a splash of milk, that makes it out to be ....
2140 healthy calories, happy thanksgiving
and to think, as full as i am, i could still chomp down on a whole tub of cottage cheese right now if I wanted

Dinner went good.Really good.
I started off the day having a bowl of oats with some davinci.
Dinner was a salad with a few pieces of turkey on top, veggies and low fat dressing. Then I had some stuffing pieces because I didnt want to hurt anyones feelings.
Then later on it all went downhill with the desert....my father brings me this little plate with a sliver of apple pie, this pumpkin cake and some fruit cocktail with whipped cream...which was probably 350 calories. Then I walk out in the kitchen to put my plate in the sink...my uncle says... "hey try some of your aunts pumpkin pie".I was thinking to myself oh great just what I need....I really didnt want it but then again...nobody was eating it because it tastes like sand and I didnt want to hurt any feelings.
Totally I ended up having....about 2500-3000 cal's and 60 grams of fat.Which isnt too bad so I wont gain that much weight.
What the hell are you supposed to do when family shoves food in your face and says dude try this??? People work hard on the stuff and I would feel bad if someone didnt eat my food I made.So I guess you have to sacrifice some cals for 1 day out of the year and at the rate I lose weight I'll work twice as hard to burn it off.

Actually I planned to really pig out.
I had two generous size servings of turkey breast meat. A very small portion of stuffing. A small portion of mashed potatoes and way too much gravy. I did not eat any cookies, cakes, pies or sugary drinks.
Bottom line: I did much better than I expected. I also got a belly ache. I guess that the gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes really aren't all that great after all.

Morning cardio is a big contributor. My work requires ALOT of walking everyday,I walk at least 5 miles a day from 7am-12pm,time to wear a pedometer to see what I actually do.
I eat very well balenced meals and the fat is just shedding off.
As far as being scared...not really. If i've gone this far and i've survived with no bad side effects.. nothing can stand in my way to lose the extra 60.
As far as keeping muscle mass,I havent noticed much of a strength decrease or size.
My meals are basically 3 a day with 2 snacks.I really get into natty PB on celery sticks as a snack or cottage cheese mixed with oats.

Eh...it might not burn more calories, but it sure beats morning cardio. The only cardio I really like to do is HIIT and it is pretty much impossible to get a really intense HIIT session first thing in the morning.

If my ankles aren't still sore tomorrow, I will run at least a mile as well as plenty of other crap. And by "run a mile" I mean RUN a mile, not jog it.

Hell yeah! My first mission of the day is to get 55x8 on the DB shoulder press, then the rest of the routine... THEN it's time for cardio.
