tats
well since I dropped from size 36 to size 33. I got myself a tat . Still on my cutting then i'll be putting on mass after. Hoping to drop another inch or 2 (31-32 maybe this size will give me more visible abs) then i'm done cutting.

too cold to do long walks and too bright out to jog so I just did a
30 minute afternoon walk
worked on my
biceps, back and shoulder
then i'll be jogging tonight for sure when it's dark out no matter what
tomorrow is rest day but i'll still do cardio!

ok well! i've done
abs:
crunch x 3 sets to fatigue
reverse crunch x 3 sets to fatigue
since today is rest day! I think I'm gonna overwork my abs since I don't feel anything on my stomach after doing 3 sets.
Even if it's cold. I'll still do my cardio tonight! I might not run though since I don't wanna overwork my heart.

going to my sisters apartment right now. I'll try to push 10-20 cardio on a staircase. Will add Edit if I accomplished this plan.
so far I've done my:
abs
crunch = 3 sets to fatigue
reverse crunch = 3 sets to fatigue
worked on my
chest = 6 sets of low reps
triceps = 6 sets of low reps
I will be jogging for 20 minutes again tonight between 9-11 p.m

well today is supposed to be biceps, back and shoulder but I think i'll just pick it up tomorrow. Instead of resting tomorrow, i'll just rest today then do my normal routine tomorrow.
done my:
15 minutes walk
abs:
crunch x 3 sets to fatigue
reverse crunch x 3 sets to fatigue
I'll try to jog tonight and if I can't because of the weather then i'll just walk for 40 minutes -1 hour.
