Fit & Chi...remember me??

just popped in to say "Gidday" from DownUnder.

been busy with a lot going on in my life (all good though) married, pregnant wife, work, training, & studying to get into the "Occupational Health & Safety"
industry..............helping with rehab & getting people back to work after injury....that sort of thing.

very rewarding but A LOT of study & leisure time is....................well, actually i've forgotten what leisure time is!!!!

i'm really glad to see the Over 35's section is still going strong & growing.

Fitnessman, i just read a very funny thread you started about putting your new bike together. had a good laugh as i CAN relate.

miss things like this a lot. i hope all your families & loved ones are better than good.

sorry about bringing up the bike thing Fitty but i was having one of "those" days & reading that brought an immediate smile to my face. first one for that day & it DID make me feel better!!!

so your misfortune had a purpose.

i remember happily & confidently buying a revolving wardrobe from Ikea & an hour & a half later sitting on the floor at home surrounded my various size planks of wood, nuts, screws & bolts, an allen key in one hand & some severely f****d up instructions in the other.

instructions were also wet with the spit that was flying from between my seething teeth!!

OMG, what a nightmare!!!!

Chi, yep, 40 now!!! probably about time i made some sort of a contribution to society!!!
still training 4 times a week which is working well. got a pretty good balance going at the moment (training, family, friends, work, rest & socialising) which has always been my main goal in life.

not much time for ol' bb.com at the moment though but i'm trying. the place has grown & i feel like a bit of an outsider now

i'm going to make an effort to get here more often but if i'm not, doesn't mean i don't think about you guys!!
