Stupid Cottage Cheese problem

Hey, is there any way to fit this stupid lowfat pineapple cottage cheese into my diet? my mom went shopping and bought 3 tubs of Lowfat Pineapple Cottage Cheese... i eat cottage cheese at night only with walnuts to get some protein... this stupid cottage cheese has 11g protein, 16g carbs and 15g sugars in it, horrible right before bed.... should i just throw this crap out or is there any ideal time to eat this.... maybe pre workout i can eat like 3 servings?

I wouldn't eat it before bed but at the same time i wouldn't throw it out. In the morning mixed with a faster digesting protein whey or egg and pre workout would be fine.

still i would have 45g of sugar and only like 33g of protein pre workout... doesnt that sound bad? i could always eat some chicken with it i guess

nope.... very little dices and its mixed in real well, its impossible to take out the pineapple, im just givin it to my pop to eat he loves that stuff lol



i may add one scoop to my pre workout plan along with 6oz of chicken and a serving of brown rice... we will see

yeaaa it can just the annoying sugar and carbs (15 and 16g)... i like to eat CC right before bed with walnuts to keep from being catabolic at night.... but this stuff will just keep me awake lol. i can definately find room to eat it somewhere during the day

I think it's OK in moderation if you can add more protein AND if the sugars are all from the fruit, rather than added.

Otherwise add a CC meal during the day.
