Which one of these routines IYO is best for mass
In your opinion which one of these is best for mass and some strength?
3 Day split
Chest/tries
Back/bis/traps
Legs/shoulders
repeat
or
SU- Quads/Hams/Calves
M-SHoulders/Back Thickness
T-off
W-biceps/triceps/foreams/traps/calves/abs
TH-off
F-Chest/Back width
SA-off
or
Upper/Lower Split Low volume very intense sets so i can work 2 on 1 off repeat

I'd go with three because I tend to find between myself and other people that twice a week frequency training is usually the "sweet spot." I'd be able to give much better advice though if I saw sample templates or programming of all the splits, however.

I think something like this would really be good for mass:
chest/tris
back/bis
shoulders/traps/legs

i do the same but that's :
Day 1 : chest.triceps.
Day3: leg/shoulders
Day 5 : back/biceps.traps.

That's what I was thinking.
I imagine any of those 3 could be great for gaining mass...or terrible. Wouldn't it depend alot on the exercise selection, intensity, volume, and recovery ability of the trainee? Not to mention their diet, of course...

Right, if you aren't programming these right and eating well you aren't going to gain any mass.
