are these good breakfasts?
hey guys are any of these good breakfasts for bodybuilding?
1 packet of quakers oatmeal
1 big scoop of peanut butter
mixed with lots of milk
1 sliced banana mixed in after heated
or
1 packet of quakers oatmeal
1 big scoop of peanut butter
mixed with lots of milk
scoop of strawberry jelly
alright post away

Those quaker packets of oatmeal are a bunch of BS. So much sugar and the sh*ttiest, most refined oats you can buy.

WTF is "lots" and "a big scoop" those definitions vary from person to person.
Anyway I would recommend having more carbs then just 1 packet of oatmeal, IMO go with steel cut FTW! Breakfast is suppose to be your biggest meal.

No, for breakfasts you ideally want a small amount of good fats, and matching portions of protein and carbs.
Eggs are really good (if you take the yolks out of a few) mixed with a whole grain piece of toast, etc.
If you really must stick with oatmeal, buy less refined oatmeal with no sugar mixed with a couple big scoops of all natural peanut butter and a piece of fruit such as a banana.
Personally I stick with 6 eggs, taking the yolk out of 4, and a syntha 6 protein shake with a banana.

I Love this for breakfast
Shake Containing:
30g protein
Flax Seed Oil
Wheat Germ
A Banana
and two slices of peanut butter on whole weat
plenty of protein carbs and healthy fats

You can always make a shake in the morn mix the following to your liking
Oats
Natty pb
Milk
Whey
Fruit-normally i do a banana

i dont consider this my breakfast, just wat i eat right when i get up....
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats
1 large banana
mixed together
then 2 hours later i eat my usual 6 eggs and 1 cup of oats
