Wholgrain Oats vs Wholegrain Rolled Oats

I have two packets of oatmeal at home. One is Wholegrain Oats and the other is Wholegrain Rolled Oats. The one made from the Rolled oats has about 9g more of carbs per 100g dry weight than the regular oats.

Why is this? Which one is better? Are they're GI levels different? I'm looking for low GIs while I'm trying to shed a little fat.

some companies use different things to make their oatmeal.. its typical to see that.. its really up to you.. read the rest of the ingrediants to make sure one doesnt have as much sugar, salt etc.. its up to u pick ur brand and stickw ith it

it comes down to preference really.. which tastes better and which u perfer.. since the food labels are quite the same.. pick what u enjoy most
