White Flood? More like Gentle Sprinkle
I had to see what the big fuss was all about. So, I tried a sample of White Flood in 32oz of cold ice water. The taste is not all that bad! In about 10min. my body feels like it's been doused with acid. I know it's the beta alanine but still. Finally I go to lift some weights. Funny, I don't feel strong; maybe I'll get some awesome pumps with the arginine ethyl ester...nope. All in all it was just a very mild product. I could have just taken some run-of-the-mill arginine product and obtained the same result. Thanks again to Controlled Labs for letting me try their product!

mmmm I have had great results from White Flood. I have had great pumps and and high amount of energy in every single workout for weeks.
just goes to show everyones differnt!

Well, I liked RPM, Cuts II, and pretty much anything with choline or tyrosine. I just place very high standards on supplements I will be taking.

for me, using a NO product once isnt enough to experience the pump effect. Im taking shock therapy and it usualy takes about a week or so before they come, and when they do theyre intense. maybe u need to be on the product for an extended period of time to see the full effects.
