breaking Green Bulge & White Blood Capsules to mix w/water?
your sentiments?
anyone done this?
would it enter my system faster?
should i? just break em and mix em both with water and drink it?

Why can't you take the pills earlier?
So instead of drinking them at 3'o clock (random times) and then lifting at 3:20 or 3:30..
You can just take the pills at 2:30?

well i just broke open both capsules and mixed them both at the same time with grape juice, it doesn't disolve and mix very well, interesting to watch tho, it's like oil and water, seems to repel the liquid and form a layer on top.
