A question about if my weight gain has stalled?
Can you guys take a look at my bodyspace and look at my weight chart. Based off of the info, should I increase calories or just stay the same?
Reason I ask because my weight really has only fluctuated 2lb increase in the past 3 weeks, and constantly is between 136-137, never any higher...advice?
