A question about if my weight gain has stalled?

Can you guys take a look at my bodyspace and look at my weight chart. Based off of the info, should I increase calories or just stay the same?

Reason I ask because my weight really has only fluctuated 2lb increase in the past 3 weeks, and constantly is between 136-137, never any higher...advice?

Smile Yup, u r stalled alright . . .

Yes u should eat more, but don't go overboard about it.

Try adding like 100 cal/day 4 a few days & see what happens. If u r still stalled, add another 100 cal. Just take a gradual approach, use some common sense & u'll b fine.
