hey guys !
a little information about me beforehand, i started BB ~9 months ago as i was underweight at only 54kg @ 171cm 23yr male,
yeah guess what i looked like a stick. anyway, i finally gained weight and quite some muscle by fullbody workout 3 times a week
and more or less clean bulk 2500kcal but also some fat.
now i wasn't that fat, quite lean actually, but during the last month i binged out on alcohol and **** food and voila,
the first thing to make me realise what i do - my abs werent visible anymore, so here we go, let's change this !
so, ive decided the quickest way to show my abs would be to run a 200kcal deficiy each day
while staying on a low carb diet and doing various forms of cardio inbetween my 3 fullbody weightlifting days.
well, as efficient as this may be, i am only on day 3 of the diet and holy cow, its like energy is leaking
out of a hole from me - i mean seriously, wow, i had no idea carbs were THAT important for energy !
anyway, here's a sample plan of what i eat, please tellme what you think.
Breakfast:
pre.breakfast 4 amino tabs
2 eggwhites 2 whole eggs roasted with 10g butter
1 cup black tea with a sip milk
1 proteine shake
1 multivit tab
1 magnesium fizzy tab
Midday:
160g sallad
carbs ...
200g turkey breast grilled
20g olive oil
Snack:
225g mozarella cheese
CARDIO
Post Cardio:
1 proteine shake
Evening:
70g salami
20g emmental cheese
Bedtime:
4 amino tabs
4 glutamin tabs
total: 1807kcal ~95g proteine minus whatever kcal i burned through cardio
im weighting ~61kg male 171cm and 23 yrs old.
goal is to get from this belly i aquired by massive alcohol consumption and fast food back to the abs i once had !

BEFORE

the cardio i do is a mix of lap jogging for 20 mins, elleptic crosstrainer 20 mins, HIIT on the laps. for example,
i lift mo/wed/fr so the cardio would be like tue - jogging 20min / th - hiit / sat crosstrainer 20 mins.
i "wrap" the HIIT inbetween the jogging / crosstrainer cuz i seriously lack stamina to just do HIIT
and i wan to build some up, anyway, both burn calories and thats what i am aiming for !
how long do you guys think ill have to run that program in order to rid my body of the (approx)
1 - 1.5kg fat to show my abs again ?
