A bit confused
Hey I'm a bit confused I have a bit a questions ok my mom says when a or some of my mucles ache that means I overtrained.but I went to my aunt and uncles house and my uncle knows alot of workouts and when I tried this new ab workout he showed me my lower stomach started acheing and I told him and he siad that was a good thing so I don't know rather I'm working out the right way or not

after a good workout you should be sore the next day, if you do the same body part excessive times in a week you can overtrain, also say you do chest monday and come out and do triceps the next day, that can lead to overtraining where as most likely your triceps are not 100% healed, but just spread your workouts out and you will just have regular soreness and not be overtraining

second question when I do push-up my right tricep get more mucle but when I do pull ups or chin up my left bicep gets more mucle I was told by my uncle that my right arm get the alternative mucle since thats the hand I write with but now I'm confused becose when I do chin ups/pullup my left is getting more mucle

im not quite sure what you mean getting more muscle? sometimes when i do biceps my right arm will get more of a pump then my left arm? if thats what you mean a better pump? sometimes that just happens u feel better with one arm then another or one muscle then another, this just varies on the day, in the end your muscles will end up being almost identical in size

ignore it, unless u are not using proper form then i wouldnt be worried about it, just balance how much work you do with each muscle, if you do 10 curls with your right arm, do 10 with your left, do this and youll be fine and have nothing to worry about.

ok thanks and last qeustion do you know any non Eqiptment workouts sorry waights just don't work for me I've tried and triad and tried just doesn't work also do you have to have a diet to have a six pack I mean I have a high matabolsim but still

no weights? hmmm, if u just want the ripped body no muscle mass really and the 6 pack, just run a lot, do abs atleast 5 times a week high reps, you can do pushups, pullups, tricep dips off a chair, widegrip pushups, arm circles, trunk twists, diamond pushups

yeah I don't plan to be ripped I just want to get healthy and get stronger becouse I'm sick and tired of people taking advantage over me all becouse of my size and I'm the nice guy I'm not that small I'm 5ft and 4inches and I'm fifteen but alot of tall people mess with me

if you want to get fit and be able to defend yourself you should look into some martial arts you will deff get into great shape and be able to fight as well

I know how to fight but its been awhile since I pracited when I was a kid I was in tea quon do and at 10 I was red belt then I had to move becouse my mom put a restraining order on my dad becouse he was abusive and hes been to jail 42 times in a row and hes been to the nut house 15 times and hes been in a straight jacket 5 times my mom got fed up and put a restraing order over him and now my mom battling him in court so its been 5 years since I've practiced tea quon do so I know how ta fight I'm just way out of focus and back then I was really healthy and I was way more stronger and flexible

tough **** man, you should seriously consider lifting weights and using all that stuff as motivation

why is whieght lifting so important can't you just do non wirght workouts and get the same results?becouse I'm telling you my uncle has workout eqiptment and I did 50 dumbell curls with 25lb dumbells so I did 50 each 50 for my right and 50 for my left and absolutly nothing
p.s. I'm alredy really good at using that stuff for motivation

well I drink a crap load of milk and I eat healthy but I also eat non healthy at the same time like I'll drink a gallon of milk or more then half a gallon a day but if my mom buys me a whooper and a large pepsi I still eat that entire meal and proly drink more milk when I get bord

well you can do stuff without weights, you just really wont get to ur full potential, i lifted at my house with limited weights for a while, but i never got pretty strong until i went to a real gym
