help creating a new workout regime:

hey guys

i used 2 be very much into working out in highschool 3yrs have passed and i've barely gone, just enuff over the time to grow some and then shrink back down, i've b'n basically at high school muscle mass since .....

reasons i guess could be drinking and other **** as well as school now i've smartened up as i'm in 3yrd yr uni and gotta bust school up as well as make a good body....i've started this yr off with hella cardio too lose the summer beer belly, its goin good
now i wanna get back intot the gym....get massive legs and backs and evrything else....

i wuz checking this out For those who want to gain lean-body mass, and are a bit confused as to which exercises to use, look no further. I'm going to list all the exercises needed to build mass. All other exercises are secondary to these mass-builders. You'll be surprised at how short the list really is. I'm going to mainly list the barbell-versions of each exercise, however, if due to an injury, or personal preferance, you wish to use dumbbells, alot of these exercises have dumbbell-counterparts.

i'm used to doing a 3 day split back/chest/legs

but i wanna try sommin new, i read http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hreadid=138288 and wuz quite intruiged. If someone could help me desiegn a good workout based on 3days a week MWF, because sat/sun i have no access to a gym.

Thank u

Dude your spelling sucks.. you might want to spell check next time. Anyways, I would base your workout around chest and shoulders, back, and legs.. just pick what exercises you want to use.
