I3C levels in brocoli/cauliflower?
Does anyone know how much indole-3-carbinol is in say 1 cup of broccoli or cauliflower?

I have not seen exact numbers yet but cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and kale are all naturally rich in indole-3-carbinol also.
Personally, I feel DIM is a better choice and more effective though.
I mean I3C has to be broken down in the digestive system to become DIM anyway so why not take the finished product?

That's also a pretty old article (2000)... there is some newer research...

You got the point.
Oh? Please, provide us with this newer research. I couldn't find the date for the article.
