ok i really need help plz i need all the advice i can get
ok i was one of thosse kids that would lift weights every now and then since i was 13. i have since stayed in track with my football team working out, but i gave it up to become a better bodybuilder
well my ?'s are do i have to be sore after everywork out?
ok and i am getting no results from this workout http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/work...count=18&s2r=1
any workouts suggestions?
i am currently only taking protein i am starting my loading phase of creatine next week
i currentyl curl 40 10times
bench 185x6
and i weight 155
plz any help is greatly appreciated
even if it means changing my workout (oh i work out from home no gym, so i have no access to cables only barbells and dumbells)

My tip to you is to do 5 reps 3 sets on most of your workouts. Then the nest workout add another rep and then your next workout add some more wiehgt even if it's 2.5 lbs and the next workout add another rep and so on... That is if your going for size because I saw that you have that huge mass workout plan just keep it and do what I said.
I'll give and example
say you bench 185 5reps, the next time you bench do 6 reps, and then the next time do 190 5 reps, then the next day do 190 but 6 reps. Just keep changing things like that. I made good progress with this routine. Try and then PM and tell me how it worked for you.

An extremly broad quote like that is horrible. I'll take eating a clean 3000 calories a day over eating a dirty 3000 calories a day, anytime. There is absolutely no advantage to eating the things listed in your sig over healthier choices. I'd guess the guy is probably on steroids.

Whats with you and steroids? Jezus. Steroids don't keep you lean, they have NOTHING to do with anything. The comment is obviously not geared towards the smaller crowd, you made a comment and stated a fact... Thus it is fair to respond to the comment. I made no comment you merely took it upon yourself to criticize a professional bodybuilder who turned pro at the age of 22 I believe....

When you're on steroids it's easier to put on muscle and harder to put on fat. Hence why I would assume a quote like that came from somebody on steroids, correct me if I'm wrong. Not all of us have the amazing ability to so easily put on muscle without putting on much fat. Not to mention also just from an overall health standpoin that is a foolish statement. Who in there right mind who has a job based on how their body looks would choose to eat garbage food like that over clean healthy foods?

Well..I also was in football but interfered to much with my bodybuilding. If you want to gain muscle mass and strength. I would suggest either a 5x5 program are just 3x 4-6 reps. Add the big three into your routine Bench, Squat, and D-Lift. Eat a lot too. Well thats all i have good luck..Ryan
