like pizza hut???
If anyone needs some motivation to stay away from pizza hut, read this:
"You need cheese stuffed into a pizza crust like you need reverse liposuction to force more fat under your skin," says CSPI nutritionist Jayne Hurley.
ROFL...
Here's some more:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In a nutritional class of its own is commercial pizza, condemned this month by a US food watchdog, the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), as belt-buster soaked in sodium, fat and carbohydrates and even less healthy than a drive-thru hamburger.
The typical two-slice serving of plain, unadorned cheese pizza packs about a half a day's worth of saturated fat.
If you really have to order a pizza, the recommendation is that you choose a vegetable topping and by all means avoid a recent, popular innovation - cheese injected into pizza crust.
Two slices of a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza deliver more than 800 calories and about a day's worth of saturated fat and sodium, the group said.
"You need cheese stuffed into a pizza crust like you need reverse liposuction to force more fat under your skin," says CSPI nutritionist Jayne Hurley.

Thanks for the informative post. I knew it was pretty bad, but not like you stated. No wonder i used to get chest pains after killing a large "Meat Lovers".

My oldest daughter worked at pizza hut a few years ago. I would get the late night phone call "daddy want me to bring you a pizza home?"
Not wanting to hurt her feelings of course I HAD to say yes.
It wasnt pretty for my training diet!!!
Good thing she moved on to college!

I need to start cheating every 2 weeks, but since i started them, it's hard for me to go every 2 weeks.

When i first started, you used to eat all day. Now i just eat one cheat meal, vs the whole day. I feel less bloated, and i prevent myself from going off my diet.

I know exactly what you mean. It's hard as hell to go every 2 weeks. I really have to push myself to do it. I only make it 3-5 months though. Most of the time it's 3.

On my cheat days I still do cardio so I usually make my meals lunch and dinner. I eat what I want but I tell myself when to stop.

I don't go all out but I certainly do enjoy myself. Hey, we earn these cheat days/meals right? I usually have some pizza, ice cream and other sweets. I try not to make myself full and bloated. If you do though it shouldn't be a prob as long as you stick to your program after your cheat day.
JKim, if I may ask, are you feeling kind of bad after your first cheat meal?

Haha, as a matter of fact i did. I went to this chinese buffet this wed. I had 5 plates full of crab legs, ribs, chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, pizza, and a buttload of ice cream and cakes. After I left the resturaunt, i felt so ****ty. It hurt just to walk cause I ate so much, and my damn belly was sticking out like I was pregnant. haha, but that was my first cheat meal since i've been dieting in Feb. I plan on having an ALL out cheat meal once every 2-3 weeks. Next i'm gonna tear Ryan's Steakhouse's greasy cookies, cakes, pizza, and all the damn chicken wings i can eat. Can't wait till 2 weeks when i'm gonna go.

Also, i don't know why but after i got home i took the biggest dump of my life, and i was weighing the same as usual. No weight gain at all from it. Although i am gaining (while trying to actually cut down) since i've been on the same diet for while, so maybe it was good that i threw that meal in. I'll change my diet up a bit.

Bump JKim
I think the body gets use to your to diet and if you go over your norm cal. it excretes the rest, as long as you don't consistently eat that way. I always have several bile movements on my cheat day and the day after so most of what I took in goes right back out. Only problem is I think I need to make sure I'm getting in the daily nutrients I should be taking in so I don't lose any muscle, something I really haven't pay'd a whole alot of attention too on my cheat days.
A much more knowledgeable persons input would be greatly appreciated on my comments.

LOOOOve Pizza Hut....But I've had to stay far away from there and only go there rarely. I got to do tons of cardio when I do go, though

I used to be so in for pizza, especially pizza hut. But since I haven't had it for like months I don't ever crave it! Plus I've found when my diet is on track and I'm constantly eating 6-8 meals I get very few cravings at all!

Yea if you stay away from these junk foods you'll lose your cravings. I just started back eating them a few weeks ago because it seemed like everyone on here was having such a good time with it. I kind of regret it going back to eating junk but I found this ice cream that I absolutely have fallen in love with (Blue Bunny - Peanut Butter Panic....yuuuummmy). I think I'm going to cut back on all the junk food, except the ice cream, and switch over to loading up on healthier foods on my cheat days and maybe having one cheat item like ice cream or a pizza on that day, rather than all of the above if you know what I mean.
