Dinner Times???

now ive heard some debate about dinner times.......me personally my family eats dinner later hten 6 sumtimes at 9 wel right anyways i jsut had dinner at 10 30 adn im sooo fulll is ther anyhting wrong with eating dinner late???

Well, eating closer to bed time means that you have a reduced metabolic rate, and the chances are that you will store a higher % of that meal as fat than you would have had you eaten it earlier on in the evening.
Me on the other hand, cant sleep without eating. As your body is in its most anabolic state during sleep, it does need a source of protein and so a late meal is what I choose to do.
There really shouldnt be anything wrong with eating that late, though there is a lot of disagreement about it.

Well, if you want to get big and meet your goals, you have to make sacrifices. My family thinks I'm crazy for throwing scoops of cottage cheese down my throat and chasing it with water so I don't have to taste it. But it works. You gotta do what you gotta do and if eating earlier helps you grow, do it. If it doesn't really make a difference, then screw it. Do what works.
