fat loss diet (critiquing needed)

ok guys, ive done my best to use the bb.com articles for a guideline for my cut that im going to start the beginning of this week but im unsure if my ideas are correct. so, if you all wouldnt mind critiquing my diet it'd be much appreciated

morning- 3 eggs, protein shake, banana

"brunch"- fruit, protein shake

lunch- sandwich (whole wheat bread), turkey, protein shake?

midday- chicken/fish, fruit, protein shake

supper- fish/lean meat/ etc.

before bed- protein shake (mix of whey, casein, egg protein)

ill be doing cardio every morning and trying to lift as much as possible- due to work- ill try to fit it in.

and also, in the morning before cardio ill be using superior amino 2222 and ill probably eat a banana. im also going to use hydroxycut hardcore for help with the stubborn fat.

anyway, does this sound about right? any suggestions/tips/etc. would really help. Thanks!

yea i know. i drink water with the protein shakes. im looking at probably consuming a gallon a day

we same stats my eating diet looks like yours just i drink less shakes then that goodluck man seems good i recommened more tuna stay high protein low carbs.
