Question fat loss diet *help*

ok guys, ive done my best to use the bb.com articles for a guideline for my cut that im going to start the beginning of this week but im unsure if my ideas are correct. so, if you all wouldnt mind critiquing my diet it'd be much appreciated

morning- 3 eggs, protein shake, banana

"brunch"- fruit, protein shake

lunch- sandwich (whole wheat bread), turkey, protein shake?

midday- chicken/fish, fruit, protein shake

supper- fish/lean meat/ etc.

before bed- protein shake (mix of whey, casein, egg protein)

ill be doing cardio every morning and trying to lift as much as possible- due to work- ill try to fit it in.

anyway, does this sound about right? any suggestions/tips/etc. would really help. Thanks!

You need vegetables, fats, complex carbs, and for the love of God, eliminate those protein shakes to just workouts. You don't need a shake at lunch, get your protein from real food. Try eating vegetables and/or a piece of fruit with at minimum 3 of your meals.

Workout wise, you need a professionally constructed routine, and stick with it. You can't just workout here and there, it has to be a priority. Find something that fits with your schedule and stick to it and you'll get results.
