Check out my fitday, what type of diet am I doing? Cutting/Bulking or neither...
I can't seem to find the right diet for my situation. I'm trying to lean up as fast as possible, I want to drop body fat while keeping/gaining as much muscle. This is the diet I've been doing for the last 2 months trying to get lower than 11% BF. I'm 5'10, 185, at 11.2%. I've been hanging around this same percentage for the last 3 months, loosing tiny bits of muslce and fat each month. I've been doing a diet basically exactly like this fitday I have here, except for the last 3 months, my portions have been a little smaller and I only drank 1 whey shake (2 scoops) a day. Since getting my body fat tested again today, I've been told to up my calories to get closer to 3000. So I've upped my portions a bit to where they are now, and will ad a whey shake in at the end of the night. I also have Parillo Protein bars, which I'm going to add into my diet on training days, for another 240 calories--about 35g carbs, 6g fat, 20g protein.
I'm desparately trying to get my bodyfat a lot lower.
I'm currently training on a 4 day on, 1 day off split.
Chest/Biceps, Shoulders/Abs, Back/Triceps, Legs/Abs, Cardio, then repeat.
I don't mind eating whatever or training whatever--I eat most of these foods with basically nothing added, just plain rice, or a tiny bit of A-1/ketchup on meats,etc. I just need some advice because it's just not working.
Do I need to eat more? Less? Different foods?
I completely cut out all sugar, I only eat carbs like Sweet Potatos, Whole Wheat pasta, Brown Rice and veggies like Green Beans, Broccoli, Green Salad. All low fat, no sugar, etc. I just can't seem to get where i want. I must be doing something wrong....
