if two female identical twins had sex with two male identical twins ,
would the babies genetics be the same?

and i guess it was more along the lines of..would the offspring genes be more like they were siblings rather than cousins.

Genetically they would not be identical. Logically if you expected identical babies from the identical pair of parents, you would also expect every child born from one couple to be identical. Of course this isn't true, every conception has a slightly different mixing of DNA from the parents.
However DNA testing would not be able to tell which baby belongs to which identical pair of parents if they were born at the same time and there was a mixup at the hospital.

My best freinds mom and dad are both twins and married twins. The kids on one side look nothig like the ones on the other side which I find kind of weird.
