Sleeping issues!
So we got a new constuction assignment at some office building for the next 2 months between 10pm and 5am. I notice ever since I been on this assignment, I get very sleepy around 1-2am but very enegized by the time work is done at 5am. So the past two days, I have hitting the gym right after work at 5:30am. I am really liking it. I feel so energized and pumped. I dont skip a single routine or set. I get around home 8am, I sleep 8-9 hours afterwards. Would anyone recomand this or should I just come home and sleep, then hit the gym?
p.s. I am in cutting phase right now.
