Just add a supplement, NO Xplode is ok, SHock is ok...Try Steel Edge, that gives me a kick to the gym (I only take it when I need it)

I work out first thing in the morning (get up around 5:00 AM and start working out around 6-6:30 range). For me, I've had the best results with taking a stim (i.e. AMP, Basic Cuts, Scorch etc..) upon waking and then drinking Purple Wraath pre-workout. I've tried taking a whey/carb drink in the morning before PW but didn't like the 'bloated' feeling that I had going into my workout. Personally, I seem to have the best workouts on an empty stomach (as long as I have PW, BCAA + Glutamine or such product).
Taking a NO product on an empty stomach in the AM gives me stomach & bowel issues. Granted I get a great pump and good energy but I end up in the bathroom. It will really depend on your own tolerance to such products.

If you work out in the morning, a decent sized pre-bed meal would be a good idea..especially if you add some carbs to it to help keep glycogen stores up and help fuel you the next morning. I don't see how the supps you are using will interfere..

if you read the instructions on NO xplode it says that you should take it with an empty stomach, or else its affects will be hindered. I think this is why alot of people say it doesnt work cuz they cant read

I have the same problem of being asleep when I am working out. I get up at about 4:15 and lift at 5 am before work. I take NO before and Xtend during but it still isn't enough for me.
