I was wondering, after doing legs, like squats, how long, if at all, is it necessary to wait before doing cardio? I want to do cardio 5-6 days per week, but with sore legs, can I do this without messing up progress on growth of the legs?

cardio will hinder your progress, however if cardio is something that is important to you, there is no need to wait any amount of time after legs before you can do cardio. I would however sip on some protein or BCAA's during the cardio session.
