may have lost muscle...diet posted..please help.

so yesterday I ate a lot and I slept for wayyyyyy too long..I went to bed at 3 am, woke up at 7 am to go to the doctor and then got back home at around 8:15 am and went to bed until 4 pm..I think I may have lost muscle but this is what I ate yesterday:

meal 1 11:30 am- whey protein shake mixed with milk (this was rushed because of lack of time before school. (cals 272, carbs 13, protein 45.)

meal 2: 2pm-peanut butter sandwich (3 tablespoons of peanutbutter) cals 457, carbs 54, protein 18, fat 15.

meal 3: 4pm (this meal will probably drive you guys mad) 2 burrito's with milk: cals 690, carbs 66, protein 35, fat 33.

meal 4: 7 pm (NOTE: this was supposed to be my post workout mini meal but my friend came extremely late) whey protein shake mixed with milk and an apple with mixed nuts on the side. cals: 666, carbs 42, protein 57, fat 31.

meal 5: 10 pm (this was to have something before the gym, my friend was completely disorganized: half a peanutbutter sandwich with milk:
cals 409, carbs 43, protein 20, fat 14.

11 pm workout.

12 am whey shake with water (I dont add oats right now because my stomach is very sensitive to it.) cals 142, carbs, 1, protein 36, fat 0

1 hour later at 1 am: 1 piece of chicken breast, half a cup of white potatoes, and half a cup of mixed veggies with milk. fat: 8, carbs 38, protein 33, cals 374.

2:30 am: prebed half cup of cottage cheese and 2 spoons of peanutbutter.
cals 290, carbs, 22, protein 23, fat 8

total:3028 calories, 109 g of fat, 277 g of carbs, 222 g of protein.

I am not sure if I did well or not so I thought I would ask..but the big mistake I think I made was by not waking up until about 3:40 pm in the afternoon..that seems like it is far too long without food. I hope to get some feedback about this so I can learn from my mistakes.

hopefully I can seek some more input about the diet, I just want to make sure I am doing this correct and make whatever corrections are needed to gain the weight and muscle. I also had 3 litres of water that day so hopefully that was enough.
