Alot of people like taking their creatine PWO bc they can take advantage of the simple carbs/dex they are taking.
What is animal pump gonna do post workout..im not too up on that supplement always thought it was BS.
Whats in animal pak just curious?
I just stack Xtend with Whey and food...with the whey maybe an hour after the food sometimes...

I just go with whey w/ water, a banana and xtend. Then follow up with whole food about an hour and half later. It seems to be working pretty well for me so far. I'm currently cutting (slowly), but once I go back on a bulk I'm going to add torrent post workout.
