military bodyweight excersises

Hey Im the squadron commander in my JROTC squadron and I need somegood excersises fo my cadets to do. Pretty much all we can use is ourselves and other people. I know about team, line, and individual push ups, situps/crunches, sqaut thrusts and all those but is there anything we can do to build a lot of strength physically and team wise. well any advice is greatly appreciated.

door pullups, rope climbing, handstand pushups, pistol squat, clapping pushups, one armed pushups.

Rope climbing would be great. I don't know if your school has one, but you should look into it. Climbing a rope with no feet is an incredible workout, and it climbing it with feet can be done for time.

thanks for the replies but those things you need stuff to use or require some strength. These guys don't have much strength and no equiptment we can use in our class. If there is any other ideas go ahead tell me i need all the advice i can get.

handstand pushups...i dont know if thats the actual name, but its what they look like. You kinda walk your feet up the wall/hands toward the wall so that youre doing a handstand with your feet touching the wall up above your head. Then do pushups like that...hard as hell cuz youre entire body weight is pressing straight down on your shoulders/arms, but its doable.

Ask your instructor for the Physical Training FM21-20 there are a bunch of body weight exercisees to use there. Use your imagination someone can

sit on the ground someone behind them knees in back, have person sitting and the person behind them interlock hands and the person on the ground sitting does a military press with the one standing resisting both get a workout shoulder for the sitter and tri for the stander.

Pushup one person in front lean of rest (pushup position) another straddles them and push on their back as they push up.

there are tons of thing you can do try too find FM-21-20
