In Need of a diet
I want to bulk to about 200lbs. I am ~170-180lbs now @ ~5'10" - 5'11". I was hoping maybe one of you guys could put a diet for me together with the foods below. I need something written so I can follow it instead of just eating whenever.
Foods
Eggs
Wheat Bread
Brown Rice
Oats
Tuna (Can't eat straight)
Chicken (maybe, george foreman thing is messy to clean up, = D)
Milk
Whey
Skippy's Natural PB
Pasta
I don't remember what else I like to eat at the moment but there is a list.

Using your foods below... this will take me like 30 seconds... its rough and all you gotta do for your metabolism your goal, is just the macro's according to how fast your putting on weight or if your losing. I can't tell you that, only you konw your body.
Meal1: 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oats
Meal2: 1can tuna (since you can't eat it straight put some mustard in it, or fat free mayo), 2 slice wheat bread, 2tbsn natty pb
Meal3(preworkout): chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, (a fat source) ie almonds, avocado, natty pb, flax oil/grounded seeds
Meal4(postworkout): 4 eggs, 1 cup oats
Meal5: 1can tuna, 2 slice wheat bread, (fat source ie almonds, avocado, natty pb, flax oil/grounded seeds
Meal6: (preferebly cottage cheese and/or casein protein) chicken breast, 2tbsn natty pb
Are you able to have fruits/veggies also? Its important in a diet as well. Looks like you have.. hmm... NONE

WHey is digested fast so no.. I usually kieep my whey in the before/during/after workout. Other then that.. its a paper weight.
Now I would keep my calories the same on my off days. You grow while resting.
IF ANYTHING I would lower my carbs a tad and increaes my fats a bit. Keep the calories the same.. get the idea?

yea I understand but I meant a whey shake post workout so it gets in you faster and then you can have some slower digesting proteins.

You dont' really need a "diet" per say... Just eat 8 meals a day consisting of P/C/F's made out of the foods you listed. Easy.
And yes, you will gain some fat... You should. If you start gaining too much, just back off a little.
Bulking isn't Rocket Science.

This is ridiculous. We are not here to baby you. At the very least make an effort to read all the stickies and make your own diet, then we will critique it and go from there.

Clean Food + Bulking = Clean Bulking... Like I said, NOT rocket science.
Do some work yourself and quit asking others to make a diet for you. You want us to lift weights for you too?!
