your one Creatine shake when

ok so after u have done your loading phase with your creatin and then you are onto your Maintenance Phase were u take 1 scoop everyday for 11weeks. whens the best time to have this 1 shake is it just before your workout or in the moring or after workout.

i am looking for more of a scientific answer and when u are actucal meant to take it rather than some kid with no clue quessing.

if youre taking creatine mono, take 5g after workouts on workout days, and take 5g in the morning on rest day, a loading phase isnt needed, and theres no need to cycle creatine.

Creatine before a workout. Takes about 30 minutes for it to get into the blood stream and kick in. So 30 minutes before workout.
