thought it was awesome.....

except the taste was horrible....does it get better later on? I sure hope so casue its a good product i felt alive and had wicked pumps.

sounds great. use 26-32 ounces of very cold water and the taste is much better. or mix it with green mag for a nice beverage

I got to the point where I enjoyed it! But another option is if you are taking Purple WrAAth is to mix them together as they taste damn good together!

I use 32oz water per scoop, and it tastes like Lemon Iced Tea to me

I started with that much but am going down i oz since I am enjoying it. I am putting some ice cubes in my PW bottle when I go to the gym since it is so fawking hot here.

Will combining these two cancel each other out in any way? Take on empty stomach? I just bought two tubs of each as I'm switching from BSN products. Feel free to offer any suggestions of mixing.

no way, they are great to stack and you can mix them together to make one shake

Had my free sample today and sour apple tasted awesome....

Felt a lil increase in strength today as well..

on a side note i added more water to my white flood and it tasted a lil better. I am not giving up casue i really like the effects of white flood. Ive tried all the no products( no explode, superpump250, no shotgun, animal pump, nanox9... just to name a few) I am serious when i tell u that so far white flood blows the rest of them away as far as pumps and energy go...the taste on the other hand....

green mag tastes good so I know its possible!!

sounds good. you can even mix white flood and green mag together, since they make a great tasting concoction

I mix up both of them and throw it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. The taste isn't as bad for me this way.

I'm thinking of buying Purple Wrath: Can I mix all three together: WF, GM, and PW.

Also, isn't Purple Wrath just like White Flood? Why not have one product. I wonder if they are phasing one product out...?

I actually thought it got worse the longer i took it, just hated that taste. Im getting White Blood and Im hoping its just as good, that way I wont have to shovel that stuff down. Although if I dont respond to WB as well as WF, Ill go back to it. I hate the taste, but man that stuff works lol.

they are very different products, we are not "phasing one out". you can take them all together, but tastewise I wouldnt mix them all in one shake. any 2 of the 3 are fine mixed.

I really think if you re-did the taste on white flood you would triple your sales...no joke its a great supp my energy and focus is like no other im loving it right now.

Added a little more water and it wasn't as bad.

Guys,

I got my shipment of GM and WF. I mixed them together, and amazingly, it still tasted better than No-Xplode... which by the way is the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. Unlike No-X White Flood doesn't turn into a foaming pile of mess... maybe because it lacks caffeine. I was worried about the lack of caffeine, but my energy was top notch, although my mental awareness was not completely equivalent to No-X. I am unable to get pumps off No-X, but with White Flood my pumps were immediate, and I can still feel them 15 hours later.

The prickly feeling was weird, but unlike other Arginine boosters, I didn't feel nautious or light-headed. This stuff is great. I still can't believe how easy it mixes and how little is needed for each serving.

As far as GM, I have noticed it gave me stomach cramps, but I think they'll pass. I haven't taken any creatine except CEE, so this is a change for my body. I'm sure this will improve, too early to determine results.

My main point of happiness with these products, are the amount of servings per bucket and how little the scoops are. I hope Controlled Labs doesn't get huge like BSN or MT, because I like affordable and abundant products that work. I'm a CL junkie now. Peace out BSN, noobie has graduated. =)

Also try splitting the dosage... 1/2 serving pre workout and 1/2 serving post.

If that still doesn't work, try taking it with a solid food snack (granola bar / rice cake / sandwich).

I was gonna make a new thread about my 1st try of WF, but i saw this one so ill post my experience here.

I got WF after reading many things about the benefits of N.O. and about how good WF is. I have already been taking Green mag for a while and i am satisfied with CL's product quality, so i decided to order a tub of wf.

i dont mix my GM in water, i just take the scoop dry and then wash it down. So i did that with 2 scoops of WF as well, i noticed right away the taste is not as great as GM, very salty bitter taste, i washed it down quick. waited maybe 15 mins then went to work out. It was my lower body day, so i was doing squats, calves, abs, obliques. DUring the work out i noticed i had more endurance, and i lifted more weight than before. I wasnt feeling any tingling or any incredible energy during the work out, but i did feel like i had more endurance.

After the work out, however, i started feeling very energized. I had kind of like a drunk feeling and was a little shaky. After the shower i decided to shave my face... that was not a good idea, i ended up cutting my face in 3 places, i must have done it too fast or something. I felt like i could bench press the world, and i wanted to work out again, it was a nice rush feeling. Also my GF noticed me talking much faster than usual.

Before ordering i was worried i wouldnt be able to sleep while on N.O., since my work outs are usually @ 7pm. But i was able to sleep just fine.

Anyways, im gonna step down to 1 scoop of WF and see how i feel, and i will also wait longer before working out so the N.O. goes into effect. and no more shaving while on N.O.

Ahhhhh i want to try white flood so badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never had a supplement that has been difficult for me to get down, so im not worried about the taste of white flood.

If you tried No-Xplode and thought it wasn't bad? Then White Flood will taste like a miracle. Taste shouldn't really be a factor, for me it's more texture, as No-Xplode was a rank mixture of foam and bubbling chunks of powder clump. I tried every flavor, Lime being the worst and fruit punch being some what consumable. White Flood really isn't that bad, but I only compare this to other Nitric Oxide products. It's really easy to get down... I recommend it highly. Also, unlike No-X, White Flood won't make you run to the bathroom during workouts. After No-X I thought all vein popping supps were destined to taste like ass, I'm still amazed at the taste of White Flood. It's no Jamba Juice, but it doesn't taste rotten either.

For me, I think you need to try overpriced and ineffective products like the big namers to fully appreciate White Flood. Also, I had to take 3 big ass heaping spoon fulls of No-X, to get the serving suggestion of White Flood, and White Flood scoops are super small, No-X scoops are huge and stanky, just the smell of the powder makes me ill.

I think it's funny that people worry about the taste, it's just a quick shot, take it like a shot of tequila, but again, this stuff is heaven compared to the other stuff out there. I actually invited my friend to a serving of No-X before a workout... he damn near yacked at the smell, downed it, and had to leave because his stomach was gurgling with that foamy mess in there... and it gets even worse when you mix No-X with protein or creatine. White Flood has given me no issues even when mixing with creatine, and taking an hour after my protein.
