animal pak for Keto

Hey guys, i read the thread stating "Tell us your favorite multi and why"
the problem is that animal pak seems to be up there with the top couple and as i was reading the ingredients, maltodextrin was in there, now, you are supposed to take this daily and on keto i do not work out daily so my question is for anyone who has used or has/had personal experience with using animal pak or another maltodextrin containing multi with keto and whether or not that small of an amount would kick a body out of keto. i did a seach and could not find the answer to this q so if you have seen this before let me know so i can delete the thread! thanks.

There is only one carb in 2 packs (.5/pack). I am taking it right now (only one pack per day) and as long as you include it in your carb count I think you should be fine. I highly doubt a multi vitamin is going to prevent you from reaching ketosis, especially if your diet is mainly protein/fats with minimal carbs (<20).
