Talking have to lose weight to get my bday present...help!!

hey guys, it's my bday tomorrow, the 22nd, and for it, my parents are sending me skydiving...can't wait, so excited, heres the catch, i need to be under 230, i'm currently 240... so what's the best and fastest way to shed this off... i would like to get under 220 before i do it, but any suggestions?

my diet

usually, for breakfast, i have 4-5 hard boiled eggs, no salt, or pepper and a half cup of oatmeal, no sugar, very little 2% milk.

then i try to have a little something a couple hours later, like a small sandwich, or something like that.

i ususally get in about 4-5 meals, small of course, and as healthy as i can get.

and nothing past say 8 at night, cuz that's when i get my break at work.

finally, my workout

i just started 4 days ago, i do a half hour workout on a gazelle, if you guys know what that is, the tony little thing, works fricken awesome.

then at least 4 days a week i have been lifting, for about 4 weeks now. i'm seeing tons of definition compared to what i had, but the number's not going down, and that's what i need right now.

any advice would be sweet.... thanx guys!!!

Sounds like a decent plan...how long do you have to lose the weight? You mention your b-day is tomorrow (Happy Birthday) so i assume the sky diving will be done at a later date?
