How to decide who gets the master bedroom? (serious)
me and my friend are moving into a new apt. in a about a month and it is 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom but one of the rooms is the master and it's bigger and the bathroom is actually inside the room whereas the other room is smaller and the bathroom is outside of the room. What is a fair way to decides who gets the master bedroom?

who pays the most? maybe you could switch out every 6 months or something if you pay the same rent. or just flip a coin.

Typically the person with the larger room would pay more money for the rent--so, I suppose whoever shells out more cash for the room gets it.

the guy w/ bigger room should pay more ( a little)
so first come to an agreement to how much more the guy with the bigger room has to pay, then flip a coin

write down on a piece of paper how much more willing you are to pay for it, and who ever writes down the largest amount wins the room and pays that much extra for it!

Negotiate. When I moved in with a roommate, we had the same situation: master bedroom was larger and had its own bathroom, but we also had one underground parking spot. He said I could have the master BR if he could have the parking spot. I had a ****ty car, so I said SURE!
I would say that whoever gets the master BR pays $50/more in rent.
