Never seen this exercise before
I was flicking through the channels and saw a woman dowing a shoulder exercise I've never seen before, just wondering if anyone has used if before and if its any good or just a sculpting thing.
It seemed like a rear delt exercise, she used 2 dumbbells and lifted them up just like a front raise and them pulled them into her clavicles like you would do a seated low cable row to the throat.

I bet it was one of them yoga shows or something. I assume she was standing. If she was standing pulling them to your chest won't do anything, its just pretty much a front raise.

There's a reason you've never seen that exercise before.

The line of pull offers no resistance so I would not recommend the exercise.
