What should I doooo???
Hey, Ive been recently having a stream of bad luck, I was planning to start my workout regime when around a week ago i've got 2 injuries, one is that i ripped my lower back muscle and injured my elbow "tennis elbow" i think so hardly any excercises are possible without the elbow. I was planning to start on bulking and I don't want to waist any time just relaxing doing nothing productive.
What you think I should do?
