"Asian"/Oriental Nutrition Labels?
For any Orientals (koreans), im sure you shop at local oriental supermarkets. There are probably "foreign" foods there, where the language on the bag is not english (nutrition facts in english are added) or in my case, the packaging is so "simple" that the nutrition facts seem fake.
I recently bought "Fish cakes/balls" at the oriental market, (addicted to them, go great in soup, etc), labeled, "Cuttlefish Fish Cakes"
Reason i bought them is, for each serving....
Servings per Container 2
Calories per Serving 17
Which compared to the other fish "cakes", the calories are very low. But then again, the packaging is VERY simple, so i kind of doubt the legitimacy of the facts.
Should i trust the nutrition label? Do you trust foreign nutrition labels?
