How?! Meal plans!

How do you people get all the protein you need? Here is my meal plan:

Breakfast(6A.M) : 2 Eggs, 1.5 cup SmartStart Cereal, 1.5 cup milk (Approx 40g protein, 55)g carbs

MidMorn snack(9A.M) 2 Handfull peanuts/small bag soy nuts (15g protein, 2-3g carbs)

Lunch(11:30AM) Many choices here, but if I have it my way, I'll take 3 PB sandwiches and 2 milks(40-45g protein, 45g carbs)

Preworkout(2:30-3:00PM) large piece of fruit (30-40g carbs)

Postworkout Shake(4:45PM) Here I have two choices, I can do milk or gatorade shake
Shake one: 2 cups milk, 4 scoops soy protein, one bananna : 90-110g carbs, 45g protein.

Shake two: Gatorade, 4 scoops soy protein : 70g carbs, 28g protein(But MUCH faster digesting)

Dinner(6PM) : Chicken Breast/2 burgers/can of tuna, and Rice and Vermicelli/Baked potato/mac and cheese.(80-110g carbs, 30-60g protein depending)

I weight 190 LBS, so I'm gettin about 1g per lb
Pre-Sleep snack: Either 16 OZ milk, or protein bar(16-20g protein)

tuna, cottage cheese, egg whites, whey powder, chicken, lean beef, turkey, fish, dairy... i dont know if youre asking because you think its hard, because getting 1g per pound is pretty easy if you eat frequently. 1.5g per pound is tough if you're cutting, but still managable.
