1st day of clean bulk.

1/4 cup of oat bran
1/2 cup of milk
one scoop of whey protein w/water

small bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
one scoop of whey protein, 5g creatine, banana, and water

1 cup total cereal w/ wheat germ
1/2 cup of milk
one scoop of whey protein w/water
some sugar free jello

tuna w/ hardboiled egg along with two pieces of whole wheat bread
sugar free pudding
1/2 cup of fat free yogurt
1/2 ounce of almonds

8 oz of chicken
1/2 ounce of almonds
piece of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
one scoop of whey protein w/water

It came out to be 45/45/10. I think I could've added 200-300 more calories. Should I not rely on supplements so much? Anything else I should know..

Add fat to last meal, maybe 2 TBSP peanut butter.

I wouldn't get 4 scoops of whey a day, that's a bit much imo. On a cut, I still only get 2, 3 on workout days of whey a day. Bulking you shouldn't need as much imo.

You should be getting at least 20% of your daily calories from healthy fats, bump that up. Flax oil/natty pb/olive oil/from fish such as salmon etc.

Obviously real food is going to be better, and more filling. But if whey is convenient, and helps you reach your goals, by all means use it. I know it helps me out a ton.
