Hey guys Im pretty new here so let me start of just saying Im 24, 6'1 196lbs.
Im working on getting to just around 205-210. As you can see in the pic I dont have really any abs. How often do I need to work out my abs and should it be before or after my lifting? Is Cardio a must? I dont want to lose weight by doing too much cardio. As far as eating goes, I stay away from soda, and limit sugars and salt. I eat lots of chicken and sweet potatoes. Cereal in the morning and a redline drink during workouts. I just dont understand why my stomach has a saggy look and about 4 rolls when i sit down. Advice appreciated!
