How can i clean cut?

gonna get new pics. these r since november

hey ive been workin out since november and i weighted 210lbs but now i weight 176lbs. But i cant seem to get rid of the small stomach. i usually do 30mins-1hr of cardio(olyptical), then some time in the sauna or sweat room.

I do have bi's tri's and shoulders coming out, but can someone tell me a way how to get them more cut so u can see all the muscle better?

This is pretty much the same thing I?m after. I was also 210 before. I dropped 160 a few weeks ago. I think the best thing you can do is keep your diet in check. I think that is my problem, I don?t have too much of a ?regimented? diet. What is your diet like? When are you doing cardio?

well ive really cut back on fatty foods and fast food alot! i eat alot more tuna, chicken, fruits and vegetables. I also drink alot more water than i use too, i don't even drink pop anymore.

For cardio, i go to the gym at around 4:00 and ill do cardio till 4:30-5:00 and than i workout my body parts of the day.

do your cardio first thing in the morning, BEFORE you eat anything. Just drink water before and during your cardio. That helps ALOT. Also, you should eat 6 small meals a day. Eat things like

chicken
tuna
turkey
salads
anything high protien
carbs are good, do you dont want to get more then you need.
