I am currently bulking and every morning, immediately after I weigh in, I eat:
Two slices of whole wheat toast with two tablespoons of natural peanut butter, six (6 oz.) cups of coffee with about six tablespoons of half and half, and a protein shake with 8 oz. of skim milk, two raw eggs, and one scoop of ON whey.
Protein: 66 g
Carbohydrate: 58 g
Fat: 49 g (13.5 g saturated)
Total calories: 937
I also take a multivitamin, three grams of fish oil, 500 mg of standardized green tea extract, and 400 I.U. of vitamin E at this time.

Well, my cutting breakfast is this
1 scoop whey
12 oz skim milk
1/2 cup oats
1 TBSP peanut butter
2.5 TBSP flax seed
If bulking I'd probably just throw in another TBSP of peanut butter, or a banana, or some whole grain bread with peanut butter.

1 Large Bagel with Jam
Full serving of Universal Nutrition Real Gains Protein
Your body needs simple carbs when you wake up, just as it needs them after you lift. Your glycogen deprived, eat simple carbs like a bagel + jam with protein and your body goes back to its positive nitrogen balance. Shortly after this meal, like 45 min later, have your complex carb/protein clean meal.

It is very delicious, it resembles a square with some holes and some round red and plump things with small breyers on them, to the left you might find some stick looking meaty objects and to the right a pair of white and yellow eyeballs. Sponsored by the letter G.

I just try to consume healthy, high protein foods with whole grain carbs and healthy fats all year round. When cutting, I lower the carbs significantly and lower the fats a little. When bulking, I generally raise my carbs moderately and raise fats a little bit. It's a basic, basic strategy but it works!

I cook one cup of oats, then add milk, 2 scoops of ON extreme chocolate, and 1 tbsp of natty pb. Tastes damn good imo.

Where did you find this information? I am not disagreeing with you, just interested in your reference. I have been thinking this on my own recently.

Indeed, as you cleverly pointed out to me, this topic is about bulking.
A study published in the December 1999 American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that "Green tea has thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation beyond that explained by its caffeine content per se. The green tea extract may play a role in the control of body composition via sympathetic activation of thermogenesis, fat oxidation, or both." and a study published in the January, 2005 edition of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concluded "Daily consumption of tea containing 690 mg catechins for 12 wk reduced body fat, which suggests that the ingestion of catechins might be useful in the prevention and improvement of lifestyle-related diseases, mainly obesity."
Not to mention the countless studies indicating the reduction of heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes with increased catechin consumption.
Since green tea promotes fat oxidation and encourages fat use for energy, I am going to gain less fat mass when consuming an excess of calories than I would without supplementing green tea.
When I bulk I want to gain muscle; not get fat.
