my buddy has an extremely weird way of workin out...
he splits his body into 4 different sections- from his neck down to his ankles- and so he splits his workouts into body sections.
mon: upper chest, shoulders, traps, upper back
tues: bi's, tri's, mid and lower chest, upper abs, obliques
wed: off
thurs: lower abs, lower back, quads, hams, forearms
fri: off
sat: calves, cardio
sun: off
this is weirdest thing i've ever heard of but he's in awesome shape and looks like he could do fitness modeling.
any ideas on why it's working so well for him?
