Healthiest thing there would be straight up black coffee, nothing added.

Why? Do you mean because coffee itself is not healthy and they have other healthier drinks - like water? Or do they add something to the regular coffee?

Im not saying black coffee is unhealthy i know its good for you and helps burn fat along with jumpstarting your metabolism but by no means is it the healthiest choice they offer.

Oh man, the hotel I stayed at in Rome had an espresso machine on their breakfast buffet. Not only is it ridiculously good tasting compared to every other coffee on earth, but I must have had about 5 CUPS (as opposed to shots) that day. Needless to say, I was wide awake in the Vatican, and I made good use of the "facilities" they had available.

Ice Grande, 2 1/2 pump, no whip, non-fat, Mocha.
The combination cuts the fat and carbs. It also reduces the calories down to around 90 versus the normal 240
The normal version has 4 to 5 pumps of mocha, whip cream, whole milk etc. So my variation keeps it tasting good but much fewer calories, fat and carbs. Any less then 2 1/2 pumps and it starts tasting strong and loses its sweetness.

I love the Vanilla Bean Frappucino. Sure, it doesn't really have any caffeine or really ain't even coffee, but eh, it tastes awesome.
