Pecs
Ive been working out for about 3-4 months now and my chest finally is getting the line that goes through the middle to seperate the 2 sides. But what I've noticed is that as the line is appearing more, the 2 sides are getting pushed out to the sides and seperating more and more. But what I wanted to get is that line through the middle but with both sides still "together" if that makes any sense.
Are there any exercises that help keep the pecs together even with a line through the middle? or any exerices that work out the pecs without seperating them? Or any exercises I shouldnt do because it will seperate them?
Also, I'm noticing that my chest is starting to pop out much more than before, looking kind of like a mini body builder (lol), but that's not what I want either. I dont wanna look huge or even big, I wanna stay lean and cut, I'm only 160lbs and wanna get bigger without making my pecs look like body builder type, or like a ball if you know whay I mean :S
