Insulin Spike Twice a Day?

Currently I my pwo (lifting) shake consists of a 2:1 ratio of carbs (50/50 malto/dextro) to protein (ON whey) and i lift 4 days a week.

I also train Muay Thai 3 days a week at night, and i am drinking xtend a little before i start class and during, then right after class i eat 2 bananas with an on whey shake for recovery.

Should i be taking the same pwo shake that i drink after lifiting after muay thai? Should I be worried about spiking my blood sugar twice a day?

some people are more sensitive to insulin than others if ur extremlyactive sugar is no worries manit all depends on how ur body responds to things like cheese and pizza put weight on me so i stay away its simple just know ur body intense cardio or training burns off sugar

the muay thai is way more intense type of training, but id say its more cardio that anything, so is the insulin spike more important after resistance training or cardio type training?

(im a ridiculously hard gainer btw)
