Weird question about cycle

So right now im taking pheravol, havoc, and 3ad and I took my first dosage in the morning along with cycle support anyways 13 minutes later I got in the shower and I had some bad reflux (havent had it in like 2 years) so basically threw up and I could taste the cycle support does that mean I threw up all the pills should I retake?

you may or may not have vomited them up.......wait until your next dose to take again.

its kinda weird but I could see the 3-ad since its a greyish greenish color
