Heya =) Needing some *good eats* comments story inside.

Heya guys, well, wow. Dunno where to begin.

Basiclly, a year ago I was weighing at 290+lbs, and absolutely no muscle. To now, I weigh between 220-240 and great muscle mass *went from a max bench of 200 to now its 320 area* While keeping BF down.

Well, as of feb. I kind of slacked off, I would become on and off with the gym, and realized it lately. I am a HUGE critic on myself and when I noticed just even the slightest increase in BF% I just freak out. I guess that comes with being a bigger person, turning into a better one. ANYWAYS.

Point being, I use dalot of supplements to aid me through that time,
(from EC stack, to normal staples ie vitamin, creatine, protein shakes, whiteblood / green bulge etc etc)

Well, as of late I have hit back to the gym, but I can't seem to shed off past this rut I am in, basiclly I can't get under like 230 and its pissing me off. And I have recently started NO COKES *I changed to only diets before* But now, I want change. I want the abs, I want to be more cut *I wanna stay in the 200 range being big, but I want more defintion. Not disgusting but you get the point. And I plan on starting a workout regimine / brand new style of eatting.

Before my workout consisted of;

mon/weds/fri/sat : I would do 2 muscles at a time workout, than after that was completed I did about 10-15mins of cardio.

But, since I have decent size now and I want to shed more lbs, but still keep leans. I need help, on suggestions of what to eat right *I know how to cook, I just need ideas basiclly* And what to keep on intake. I plan on drinkin tons of water / green tea etc etc. But its the actual physical foods I need help with on what to eat etc etc.

as far as workout regimine goes, I think I will be doing 5 days a week, 30 mins cardio + intense amounts of swimming, and I will actually be doing as many crunches etc as possible.

The supplements I will be taking are;

EC Stack *was on a 4 month break but I will be back on it now*

Fish Oil

Multi

Protein shake *gonna do some weight trainin of course* only 1 shake post workout.

Creatine *was thinkin of the purecrea stuff.

Any other suggestions or think of adding / removing supps let me know. Thanks in advance =)

IF YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO READ THE LONG POST HERE IS WHAT I AM ASKING FOR:::::

1) Additions / removals of supplements

2) Tips / pointers on a nice workout regimine

3) Tips / pointers on great things to eat that I can make thats healthy.

4) Cardio tips, I really hate running, I know I know I gotta do it but I hope 30 mins of cardio + tons of swimming will help, any other things like how much time on elipticle etc etc.

5) Workout tips to get the abs

6) Last but not least,tips on getting off stomach fat / keeping it off.

I am about 5'8, going up and down between 220-240

Bench max - 325

Squat - 410lbs - 12 times

Wish I could give out arm sizes / bf% but I don't have any of the equipment with me.
